The We Serve First Foundation offers a limited amount of financial aid for club volleyball and volleyball camps based on demonstrated need. Our Board of Directors/Financial Aid Committee reviews all applications. All application information is kept 100% confidential.
REQUIREMENT CHECKLIST FOR ELIGIBILITY
1. Commitment to attend a minimum of 80% of scheduled practices and games.
2. Application completed by a parent, guardian, or head of household, with all requested information provided. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
3. Copy of student’s last report card. Upload area at the bottom of this form.
FINANCIAL AID PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO ELIGIBLE ATHLETES MEETING ONE OR MORE OF THE CRITERIA BELOW:
1. Member of a multi‐child or single parent family, or family with other extenuating circumstances.
2. Written recommendation by school representatives, high school coach(es), club coaches, or other social service representatives. Upload the recommendation(s) at the bottom of this form (must provide to receive priority status).
3. Indication on the application that the applicant is willing to serve as a volunteer for future We Serve First events.
